I am super pleased with both quality and service from HayNow. The Western Alfalfa is unlike any thing I have ever seen before! My retired TWH deserves the very best now after years of inconsistent crappy hay from all over the place. The price of bales where I live have gone up so much , I prefer the quality to be at its finest as well which I believe I have finally found with HayNow. Thank you so much!!

The βlittlesβ love it!! Sailor Man even watched the delivery with his nose telling him, the good stuff is here!! Will definitely purchase again as well as a pallet of straw for the spring foaling. Our driver Micah was prompt, easy to work with and knowledgeable of all products offered.

I mix this beautiful alfalfa in with our grass hay. It is gorgeous and smells delightful. The delivery is super simple and they even put the bales in our hay shed so no stacking!!!

The entire process is very user friendly and I love it. My horse love the Alfalfa I'm getting for him from Ed. Tim, the driver was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing bringing my order of two pallets correctly and safely under the overhang keeping it away from the elements. It was all shrink wrapped as well. Keep up the good work, Ed and Tim with HAYNOW.COM

Tim could not be nicer! Our farm is a little tricky to get to with a big truck so he had to do some maneuvering to get our order here. I wasn't able to be here and he took care of everything! Looking forward to our next load! We haven't dived into this new hay yet but Im sure our horse that needs it will love it! More to come...

From ordering thru delivery, everything went smoothly. Ed was helpful in explaining my order. Tim, delivering the hay, went out of his way to locate the hay where we wanted it. This took some figuring out as the forklift did not fit into our barn! But Tim wrangled it in anyway. From the moment the order was received, I was kept informed as to it's being shipped, where it was enroute and what time I could expect delivery. Thanks guys! My 30 year old girls thank you too!! Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!

While it took more than 10 days from the date of order to have the order shipped, it was received, however not art the scheduled time to be received. Hopefully, the quality of the alfalfa hay delivered is as advertised. We shall see.
