Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

HayNow delivers to Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, DC. Delivery is free in these areas.

We also deliver to Virginia and West Virginia for a flat $39 stop charge per delivery, which includes forklift service.

If you're in another state, call our office at 315-599-2909 to ask about a bulk delivery or split load.

How your hay arrives

• Hay comes by tractor-trailer, and our driver unloads it with a forklift.
• Every order is palletized: 18 bales per pallet, in weather-resistant packaging.
• All hay tested.

When your hay arrives

Order this week, delivery next week (or by the advertised date shown at checkout).

We deliver 52 weeks a year. We're closed on major holidays.

Pickup

We don't offer pickup at our Earlville, NY location. All orders are delivered.

Hard-to-reach properties

If a tractor-trailer can't get into your property, contact us before you order. Sometimes we can meet you near your delivery address and forklift your hay onto your pickup truck or small trailer. This depends on the route and location, so it isn't guaranteed.
