Hay Delivery Across New York State
New York is home for us. Our farm is in Earlville, in central New York, and that's where every pallet of HayNow hay gets pressed, stacked and wrapped before it heads out. If you're searching for hay near you anywhere in the state, you can order online and have it delivered next week, set in place by the forklift on our truck.
Where we deliver in New York
We deliver all over New York. Close to home that means central New York around Syracuse, Utica, Hamilton, Norwich, Cortland and Binghamton. We go west through the Finger Lakes near Ithaca, Geneva, Skaneateles and Canandaigua, to Rochester and Buffalo, and out into the Southern Tier. East of us, we cover the Capital Region and Saratoga Springs, the Adirondack foothills, and the Hudson Valley, including Dutchess County horse country near Millbrook and Rhinebeck, Columbia County, Ulster County near New Paltz and Orange County near Goshen, Chester and Warwick. Downstate, we deliver in Westchester and Putnam counties around Bedford, North Salem and Somers, and out to Long Island farms in Nassau and Suffolk counties, from Old Westbury to Huntington, Riverhead and the North Fork.
How ordering works
Pick your hay online, choose your number of 18-bale pallets, and check out. We'll tell you your delivery week. A couple of days before that week, you get your delivery day and a tracking link by email and text, the same way a UPS or FedEx package works. You don't need to be home. Our driver drops the hay, takes a photo and sends it to you. Use the delivery notes to tell us where you'd like it.
Forklift delivery to your storage area
Every truck carries an on-board forklift. The driver places your pallets in your ground-level storage area, like a barn floor, run-in or garage. We don't hand stack or bring hay elevators. If a tight road, low bridge or local truck restriction keeps our tractor trailer away, we can meet you in your town and load your pickup or trailer, or drop at a neighboring farm or business that can fit the rig.
Our hay
We don't grow hay anymore. We buy hay from growers across the US and Canada and bring it to our farm in Earlville. There, our hay press turns large square bales into small bales of about 43 pounds, then we stack 18 bales to a pallet and shrink-wrap them. Choose New York timothy-orchard grass in 1st and 2nd cutting, Western timothy, Western straight orchard grass, Western steamed alfalfa, a timothy-orchard-alfalfa mix or our SmartHay balanced pallet. We also carry wheat straw for bedding. Browse grass hay, alfalfa, hay mixes and SmartHay.
All of our hay is lab-tested
Every load of hay we sell is lab-tested, so you can feed with confidence. HayNow is delivery-only: we press, palletize and shrink-wrap your hay in Earlville, then bring it straight to your farm with live tracking.
