The delivery was right on time. Hay unloaded where I wanted it without any trouble. I fed to my goats today and they cleaned it up.

Couldnot believe that we received our last delivery during the NorEaster

Our horses are wasting this hay and not wanting to eat it. Is this hay guaranteed? Because I will literally tradenit back and pay more money for alfalfa. I know my horses will eat that. They do not like this hay. Even our hoover horse that cleans up everything is wasting it. I have such a mess now because they won't eat it. I still have 6 pallets left to feed. Please help.
Store owner replied: Theresa - our bales are guaranteed mold free until fed. Our guarantee does not include my horses do not like this hay. With that being said we want you to get good value for your order, please contact the office at 315-400-2909 and we can discuss your individual situation, your delivery was over 70 days ago. We sell thousands of those pallets that you purchased per month and have about 98% positive feedback so I know that hay is good in many environments but obviously not yours. We will await your call and we will afford you a reasonable solution.

The easiest way to buy hay ever! Delivery was flawless! Driver Micah was super and right on time, even early! Unloaded and placed right where I needed it. Horses are loving the hay (especially the alfalfa 😉). I will definitely be ordering again, thrilled to get this quality of hay in my rural area!
