Using a 1/2 bale HayChix net, I put an entire compressed bale in it and I donโt have to worry about my horse running out of hay. This is so easy and convenient!

Although delivery was a bit challenging with a bot telling us they would deliver at 3:15 am, the whole experience was a positive one. Actual human driver sent an accurate time of arrival by text. He put the hay exactly where I asked. Hay was wrapped in case of rain. Best part is my horses and donkeys love it. Soft and flat-bladed. No stalks. I feed it and ALL of it disappears.

This was one of the most amazing deliveries I have ever seen. The process from start to finish was seem less. Communication, delivery and product is above and behind any expectations. I will be ordering again. My horses loved every bite. The quality of hay is unlike anything I have ever had. Makes a tremendous difference in their health. Amazing hay at a great price. I have limited storage as I do rough boarding and have half of a 14โx14โ stall to keep my hay and grain. I have 36 bales of hay in this stall. The hay quality is fantastic and my horses are eating it like pigs. I purchased both 1st and 2nd cut hay as my horses all have different needs. Thanks again for such a great product. Iโve already ordered more hay!!

Dear Ed, As you said the hay is clean and very good quality. My boys are loving it. Thank you ๐ The one unfortunate issue is that the machine could not get around the barn Micha thought the roof of the machine was too high. . Do you know itโs height I may need to try another entrance. Driver was nice as well And of course you too have been wonderful. Hope your other driver is on the mend with ACL . My horses love this hay more than grass!! Itโs so nice. The first delivery was awesome! I could see where the semi was on my phone! The second delivery was extremely disappointing because the delivery driver didnโt even clue me in to when the hay was arriving. Delivery instructions were back garage of the first building. Apparently I needed to tell him to put the hay IN THE GARAGE!! It was NOT wrapped for all the rain we received. Really bummed. Had to get someone to throw it in the garage.

I have a delivery photo that was taken when we delivered your hay in front of the closed garage door that shows the pallet fully encapsulated in plastic - so I'm not really sure where you are going with that statement! It obvious you are upset that we didn't open your overhead door and put it in the garage but like I told you before, we do NOT do that unless you tell us to in advance, not 30 minutes after we left your address. I'm sorry. As far as the delivery, each delivery gets an email and sms message with tracking link. Please let us know if you didn't receive and or to check your junk mail folder. Thank you.
Clean, excellent quality Orchard grass/Timothy hay. My horses ๐ normally check the feed tub before going to their hay but, when given this hay, they went directly to the hay without checking the feed tub. There is no waste: they clean up every dropped piece of hay.

Fantastic product and customer service!
Provide more accurate photos of product as hay I received was brown and moldy and two were underweight. Also the driver was so hardworking and polite and the owner was rude and obviously doesnโt need new customers. Will give hay to a friend with cows that I get hay from locally.

The hay I bought from Haynow is some of the best I have bought. Most of the bales are consistent in weight, with a few exceptions. Delivery has been good. But keep in mind the trailer is 55 long. I meet the driver at the end of my driveway. I have a tractor with forks that I unload to my trailer. Overall I plan to buy more in the future.

The app keeps you informed of when the delivery is supposed to be there, very informative. Our delivery was scheduled for 7am, but the due to breakdowns, he didnโt arrive until 6pm. The app did tell us an approximate time, so all was good. The delivery was done in the dark, but with the equipment they have, it went flawlessly. The only observation I would make is to get the driver some high vis or reflective clothing so he can be seen by drivers passing by as he unstraps the load. Great hay, great service, great communication.

We are not fans of the packaging. The bales are packed so tight and the hay is so dry it just falls apart when you cut the straps that hold it together. It is not easy to feed or gage how much they should get. They do like it and seems like it was nice hay before the industrial processing. Delivery was easy and efficient.

Having received multiple deliveries I have come to expect good product that my horses love and have never been disappointed. In addition to receipt of consistently good product, what is even more impressive is this company's organized bookkeeping in sales and billing.
